Payment and Renewal
General Terms:
By selecting a product or service, you agree to pay storiesig.guru the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are not refundable.
Automatic Renewal:
There is no automatic renewal on storiesig.guru for any kind of subscription. Your subscription will end automatically.

Services
Fees and Payment: By signing up for a Services account you agree to pay storiesig.guru the applicable setup fees and recurring fees. Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of using such services. storiesig.guru reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Services can be canceled by you at anytime on thirty (30) days written notice to storiesig.guru.
Support: If your service includes access to priority email support. "Email support" means the ability to make requests for technical support assistance by email at any time (with reasonable efforts by storiesig.guru to respond within one business day) concerning the use of the VIP Services. "Priority" means that support takes priority over support for users of the standard or free storiesig.guru services. All support will be provided in accordance with storiesig.guru standard services practices, procedures and policies.

Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. {logo} may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

Liability for our Services

When permitted by law, {logo}, and {logo}’s suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement, will at all times be limited to a maximum of fifty U.S. dollars (u.s. $50). The existence of more than one claim will not enlarge this limit. You agree that our suppliers will have no liability of any kind arising from or relating to this agreement.
In all cases, {logo}, and its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable. Access to and use of the site is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or computer system, or loss of data resulting therefrom.
We recognize that in some countries, you might have legal rights as a consumer. If you are using the Services for a personal purpose, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumer legal rights which may not be waived by contract.

In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved in a competent court in Belgium and that Belgium law will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
